The DynamicAddress property determines if the current
phonebook entry should use a dynamically assigned IP address. If this
property is set to True, then an IP address is assigned to the
dial-up adapter when the connection is established. If set to False,
then the dial-up adapter IP address is set to the value of the
InternetAddress property.
