The PhoneNumber property specifies the telephone number of
the server. If this property is not set, then the
PhoneEntry property must be set to a valid phone book entry.
If both the PhoneNumber and PhoneEntry properties are
defined, the PhoneNumber property will override the value
specified in the phone book.
