Gets a value which specifies the date and time that the content of
the news feed was last modified.

Remarks
The LastBuild property returns a string which specifies the
date and time that the feed was last modified. If the feed does not
define this value, this property will return an empty string. The
date and time value returned is in the standard format used by the
current locale.
