This property returns a string which identifies the organization
associated with the local system's external IP address. For
residential end-users this is typically the name of their Internet
Service provider, however it may also identify a private company such
as Microsoft, Google or Amazon. Because of the nature of how this
information is updated, the organization names can change over time
due to acquisitions or changes of ownership. If the owner of the
network cannot be determined, this property may return an empty
string.
