The CloseDirectory method closes the data socket connection
to the server.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is the server result
code. If the method fails, the return value is FTP_ERROR. To get
extended error information, call GetLastError.
Remarks
This method must be called after all of the file information from
the server has been returned. Because directory information is
returned on the data channel, no file transfers can take place while
a directory is being read.
