The GetFileNameEncoding method returns an identifier which
specifies what type of encoding is being used when file names are
sent to the server.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is the type of encoding
that is used. If the method fails, the return value is FTP_ERROR. To
get extended error information, call FtpGetLastError.
Remarks
Refer to the SetFileNameEncoding method for a list of
encoding types that are supported by the library.
