The GetPartCount method returns the total number of message
parts for the specified message. Each message consists of at least
one part.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is the number of message
parts. If the method fails, the return value is MIME_ERROR. To get
extended error information, call GetLastError.
