The CMessageStore destructor releases resources allocated
by the current instance of the CMessageStore object. It also
uninitializes the library if there are no other concurrent uses of
the class.
Remarks
When a CMessageStore object goes out of scope, the
destructor is automatically called to allow the library to free any
resources allocated on behalf of the process. All handles that were
created for the session are destroyed.
The destructor is not called explicitly by the application.
