The GetHandle method returns the message store handle
associated with the current instance of the class.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
This method returns the message store handle associated with the
current instance of the class object. If there is no current message,
the value INVALID_MESSAGESTORE will be returned.
Remarks
This method is used to obtain the message store handle created by
the class for use with the SocketTools API.
