The Reset method resets the client state and resynchronizes
with the server. This method is typically called after an
unexpected error has occurred, or an operation has been canceled.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is zero. If the method
fails, the return value is NNTP_ERROR. To get extended error
information, call GetLastError.
Remarks
The client cannot be reset while it is in a blocked state.
