The Refresh method refreshes the specified virtual display,
updating the current scroll position and caret.
Parameters
- bUpdate
- Boolean flags which specifies if the display window is to be
updated. If set, the window client area is invalidated and the
virtual display is redrawn.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is non-zero. If the
method fails, it returns zero.
