The GetHandle method returns the socket handle associated
with the current instance of the class.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
This method returns the socket handle associated with the current
instance of the class object. If there is no active connection, the
value INVALID_SOCKET will be returned.
Remarks
This method is used to obtain the client handle created by the
class for use with the SocketTools API.
