The GetPacketSize method returns the size of the ICMP echo
datagram that will be sent to the remote host. The minimum packet
size is 1 byte, the maximum packet size is 65,535 bytes.
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is the size of the
datagram. If the method fails, the return value is ICMP_ERROR. To get
extended error information, call GetLastError.
