The TelnetSetTimeout function sets the number of seconds
the client will wait for a response from the server. Once the
specified number of seconds has elapsed, the function will fail and
return to the caller.
Parameters
- hClient
- Handle to the client session.
- nTimeout
- The number of seconds to wait for a blocking operation to complete.
Return Value
If the function succeeds, the return value is zero. If the
function fails, the return value is TELNET_ERROR. To get extended
error information, call TelnetGetLastError.
Remarks
The timeout value is only used with blocking client
connections.
