The IsInitialized property is used to determine if the
current instance of the control has been initialized properly.
Normally this is done automatically when the control is loaded;
however, there are circumstances where the control may not be able to
initialize itself. If this property returns False, the
application must call the Initialize method before performing
any other operation.
The most common reason that the control may not initialize
correctly is that no valid license key can be found or the license
key that was provided is invalid. It may also indicate a problem
with the system configuration or user access rights, such as not
being able to load the required networking libraries or not being
able to access the system registry.
