The Scroll method scrolls the virtual display up or down
and updates the scroll box position if necessary.
Parameters
- bScrollUp
- Boolean flag which specifies if the virtual display is scrolled
up or down.
Return Value
If the method succeeds, the return value is non-zero. If the
method fails, it returns zero.
Remarks
This method does not change the current cursor position. The
Refresh method should be called to update the window attached
to the virtual display.
